Placement Test

If you wish to take ANY language course, you must take the placement test for that language.

Enrollment

• By taking ANY language placement test, you will automatically be registered in the appropriate level of that language for both the Fall and Spring semesters. Please be aware that you will only be registered in languages for which you take a placement test.
• The deadline for enrollment is the first session of the selected course. We urge you to take the test as soon as possible because spaces are limited!

Cost

Every language course has an additional cost per credit.

​Exceptions:

• BIR or any DUAL BIR degree student: cost of the obligatory language is included in your degree
• Non-native Spanish student: you can take Basic and Intermediate Spanish language classes during your first two years at IEU for free.
