20 Oct TREES, CLOUDS AND FLYING PIGS
Clouds and Flying Pigs: Practical Tools for Clear Thinking is a highly interactive seminar that equips participants with simple yet powerful tools to resolve conflicts and design innovative solutions in complex environments. Rooted in the Theory of Constraints (TOC) developed by Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt, the seminar focuses on Evaporation Clouds and Flying Pigs—methods used worldwide to break deadlocks, challenge assumptions, and turn “impossible” ideas into practical outcomes.
