21 Jul STORYTELLING FOR FUNDRAISING: THE ART OF THE FUNDABLE STORY
This workshop-based seminar teaches students how to transform an early-stage idea into a clear, persuasive, investor-ready story. The seminar focuses less on passive theory and more on structured practice: students analyze real startup stories, rewrite weak narratives, build sharper slides, rehearse delivery, and participate in live Q&A drills.
The course blends entrepreneurial storytelling, practical communication, and applied fundraising logic. Students will learn how investors process information, where skepticism arises, and how a founder can create clarity, trust, and momentum through a well-structured narrative. Because students will come from varied academic backgrounds and may not yet have startup experience, the course uses accessible frameworks, concrete examples, and collaborative workshop formats that allow all participants to contribute.
By the end of the seminar, each student team will produce and present a concise 5-minute investor pitch with supporting slides. The emphasis is not on financial complexity or prior venture experience, but on clear thinking, structured communication, and the ability to turn an idea into a convincing, fundable story.
