The seminar will address the legal challenges that automation brings about. It will also discuss the possibilities of automating law with potential use in dispute resolution (‘a robo-judge’). The classes will focus on consumer transactions to approach the participant’s experience.

1. Students will be able to identify EU regulation of digital and automated transactions
