Self-motivation starts with the way we perceive ourselves and how we communicate with
others
Bulding Trust is a communication model that contains three questions we should ask
ourselves about our objectives.
What for: refers to the motive, that which drives us to act. The reward we will achieve.
How: sequence of actions, means and resources to achieve it.
What: what we want to achieve.

We are asked for results on a daily basis / to obtain those results we must be able to work well
together / to work well together we must cement efficient relationships / to have efficient
relationships we must build an environment of Trust / none of the previous needs are possible at
their fullest potential, without self-knowledge to discover and train our strenghts.
We usually think about the what and sometimes the how, but we do not always keep in mind the
what for. We can begin to apply this model to ourselves and then, in all the communications we
make to the team, convey to them the answer to these three questions.

environment of Trust that allows us to reach our Maximum Performance Potential (MPR), with
better productivity and a specific impact on our work teams
