EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION 360

This seminar will teach students to communicate effectively in all situations they will deal with in their profesional life:
– Conversations with their stakeholders (clients, providers, employees, teams, steering committees and governing bodies).
– Internal and external negotiations.
– Relationships with journalists and how to manage the narrative in potential interviews.
– TV appareances for briefings or debates.
– Corporate and institunional crisis, in which they should act rapidly and vigorously.

This is fundamentally a practical seminar, of a dynamic and entertaining nature. Students will participate in ole plays and group activities in which they will become spokespersons and will have to design their communication strategies

JULIO SOMOANO

Julio Somoano has been diricting and broadcasting news programmes at television last decade, at TVE, where he led the News Service. He has combined his broadcast job with being a trainer in communication skills for CEOs and senior officials as well as for students in ten universities and Business Schools.

1. Students will be able to identify challenges faced in terms of communications and use their abilities to communicate effectively.
2. Students will be acquainted with learning to communicate to their stakeholders.
3. Students will also be acquainted with tools to communicate to journalists (interviews).

4. Students will also be acquainted with learning to face a crisis in their company.
5. Students will also be acquainted with tools to deal with a crisis in their institution.
6. Students will also be acquainted with tips to communicate during and after a process of negotiation.
