HOW TO SUCCESS IN AN INTERNATIONAL COMPANY

“How to success in an international company” is an introductory course where you will learn what you need to know if you want to work on or you want to create an international company.

The course focuses on different subjects of international industries aiming to equip students with a global E2E view on how to face working in these types of enterprises.

The course covers a range of topics related to value proposition, people, processes, customer, sustainability and finance. Additionally, the course emphasizes practical applications of these approaches to real-world business problems.

A key aspect of the course is to develop the ability for establishing a short, mid and long term strategy on the basics of a defined industry.

Through this course, students will gain the necessary skills to make meaningful contributions in the field of related industries, identifying “their possible place in the world”.

Master Aerospace Engineer by UPM, joined Airbus in 2003 as stress engineer for A380. Elena has worked in 3 countries (SP, UK &FR), in 4 different functions: Engineering, Programme Management, Procurement and Services, in 2 Business Units: Airbus and Airbus Defence and Space for all commercial and military aircrafts fleets, leading direct and multifunctional teams worldwide, being now the HO Materiel Services for Transport and Missions aircrafts within Air Power (ADS).
