LEADERSHIP IN THE CONFLICTS OF THE 21ST CENTURY

The 20th century was a period marked by international conflicts that left a fearful imprint on our history. The 21st century, so far, has managed to avoid global conflagrations, but conflict is inherent to the human condition. Humans need their sphere of security—individually, within their families, socially, and in their work environments—yet conflict remains a constant in our lives.

In an environment of uncertainty, change, and rapid pace, business leaders must create reliable teams that are stable and cohesive, but this is not always an easy task. To begin with, leaders must possess strong human, moral, and intellectual qualities, with the ability to persuade and inspire both present and future vision. They must be knowledgeable in team management and aware of the importance of communication.

However, teams often face crises. These crises require plans that anticipate them and a leader capable of managing them when they arise—someone with the knowledge to clearly convey the situation and effectively communicate it, while fostering transparency and trust. Planning is therefore essential.

Equally important is the ability to communicate. Effective communication skills are necessary to achieve the desired impact on the audience. Mastery of language, body language, and voice becomes the final phase of preparation for any successful speech.

Thus, this course offers an engaging approach to managing teams through effective leadership, with internal communication as an indispensable tool.
