MANAGING THE CRISIS, LEADING THE DIALOGUE, SHAPING THE REALITY

The seminar addresses all students that are interested in have experience and views on how to use the skills that they have acquired in different programs in their undergraduate programs to be applied in real challenging situations.
This seminar intends to be a very practical approach to business reality the professional lives very often at companies.
Crisis management allows us to develop and apply skills like analysis, communication, work team, stress control, and decision making.
Is a good training that can be applied to other professional scenarios where the pressure of crisis does not exist but some of the learning may be very relevant.

JUAN JOSE LITRAN

Juan Jose Litran is a professional with more tan 35 years of professional experience.
Dual Degree in Law and Business Administration (ICADE) and an MBA from IE Business School. At Deloitte, Haskins & Sells, Afterward, Litrán joined Grupo Ruiz, a family-owned business dedicated to Urban Passenger Transportation, Tourism and Leisure, working as an assistant to the General Manager. In 1988 when Juan José joined Coca-Cola Spain, where he has held different responsibilities and positions in various areas of the business the HR department, the Marketing Department for 1992 Events: Barcelona Olympic Games and Seville Expo ’92. As Corporate relation Director he had the responsibilities on the RSC, Fundacion Coca Cola, Crisis Manament director for Iberia. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Save The Children Spain and the Robert Kennedy Foundation.

Skills

1. The student will be able to identify the crisis anatomy.
2. Students will be acquainted with analyses and decision-making process to best answer in an uncertain scenario
3. Students will also learn how to use all communication tools.
4. Students will also learn the work team.
