SPORTS LEADERSHIP TRAINING

This seminar is designed to prepare students to lead and execute sports-related projects throughout the academic year. Participants will develop the operational, strategic, and interpersonal skills necessary to organize tournaments, manage leagues, communicate effectively, and oversee live sports events.

Beyond sports management, the program emphasizes transferable leadership competencies such as decision-making under pressure, conflict resolution, strategic planning, team coordination, and accountability. These skills are directly applicable to future careers in business, entrepreneurship, consulting, management, and community leadership.
