THE POWER OF GOOD: A MORAL PATH TO SUCCESSFUL LEADERSHIP

This course explores the concept of goodness as a driving force in business, technology, and politics. It examines how ethical principles, values, and moral actions can positively impact these domains, fostering sustainability, innovation, and even become an advantage for a successful career.

Through a series of case studies, discussions, and assignments, students will gain a deep understanding of the potential for goodness to drive positive change in society and for themselves.

The idea is to go beyond theory and equip students with skills in negotiation, management, public speaking, leadership, teamwork, and emotional intelligence to address the moral dilemmas of their professional life, regardless of the field of work.
